Requirements

  • Applicants must be able to show proof that they are legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Receive candidates from the resourcing team, review suitability against client requirements, and progress qualified submissions to client hiring teams.
  • Organize and manage all candidate interviews with US-based clients, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and hiring teams are supported throughout the process.
  • Lead the offer and negotiation stage with international nurse candidates and oversee all offer administration for successful candidates post-interview, ensuring compensation, visa, and benefits packages are accurately communicated.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams across client organizations, and with Espirita's internal TA team.
  • Attend onsite client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) as required, representing Espirita's program performance and surfacing opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage all program reporting and recurring governance meetings for assigned accounts, ensuring data accuracy and a clear narrative on performance, pipeline, and risks.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing client accounts for the international program to support, expanding the scope and value of Espirita's engagements.
  • Support Espirita's growth agenda by contacting prospective new clients and attending new client meetings as required to help win new international program business.
  • During the program build-out phase, wear many hats by supporting nurses directly with queries and feedback until dedicated program teams are fully established.
