About The Position

American Lumper Services is a nationwide labor management company specializing in warehouse environments and efficiency optimization. We are looking for an account manager to support our growing hourly operation team. This role offers significant freedom, with a schedule based on business needs rather than a strict time clock, though weekend and evening availability is required for remote work. The ideal candidate is self-driven, adaptable to change, takes initiative to solve problems, and produces results. A positive, teachable attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple needs simultaneously are crucial. Clear and frequent communication is critical, and some travel is involved.
