About The Position

The Account Manager is Blue Label’s primary customer contact, responsible for managing relationships and delivering a high-quality experience across every interaction. In this full-time, non-exempt role, you’ll handle day-to-day communication, manage orders, and coordinate all aspects of your accounts. You’ll work with a high volume of customers, so strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through are essential. You’ll also partner closely with Business Development to onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition into ongoing account management. Over time, you’ll build strong expertise in our label and packaging solutions, allowing you to better support your customers, anticipate their needs, and provide informed recommendations.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and learning systems that support account management and customer communication.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior Account Management experience
  • Familiarity with CRM and MIS systems
  • Knowledge of print and packaging industry
  • Spanish/English bilingual candidates

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, long-term relationships through responsive, professional communication (email, phone, and mail).
  • Manage the full order process for new and existing products, keeping customers informed and proactively addressing issues to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customers’ needs, supporting ongoing account growth, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Partner closely with Business Development to onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition, accurate setup, and a positive first experience.
  • Keep customer information accurate and organized while working cross-functionally with internal teams to keep projects on track and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Use product knowledge to guide customers in selecting the best label solutions, while continuing to build expertise in our offerings and capabilities.
  • Occasionally meet with customers in person; periodic travel may be required.
