Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
2-3 years of experience in accounting or property management required.
Proven track record in customer service required.
Experience in accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and financial reporting required.

Responsibilities

Collect rent, post payments, and manage delinquent accounts in compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
Perform regular audits of billing schedules, concessions, resident account ledgers, insurance participants, and other income charges to ensure accuracy and readiness for move-ins and renewals.
Review, approve, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and alignment with company policy.
Identify, propose, and implement extra income opportunities.
