About The Position

Join ViCentra (home of Kaleido) – Empower Bold Change in MedTech. ViCentra is a fast-growing scale-up with a unique work environment characterized by flexibility and short decision-making paths. We are specifically investing in our field sales team to continue Kaleido's success story and support the successful introduction of new products and services in 2026. As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of a dedicated field sales team that establishes Kaleido in the market and excites patients, doctors, and specialists – whether you have industry experience or are a motivated career changer with a medical or sales-related background.

Requirements

• Experience in medical field sales, ideally in diabetes or medical technology.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and enthusiasm.
• Self-directed, structured way of working and willingness to travel within your region.
• Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems.
• Good English skills for communication with international colleagues.
• Valid driver's license Class B.

Responsibilities

• You will excite doctors, specialists, and patients about Kaleido and build long-term relationships.
• You will identify market potential and implement targeted sales strategies.
• You will confidently present our system, conduct product training, and provide technical assurance.
• You will represent ViCentra at trade fairs, congresses, and specialist events.
• You will work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Service, and Clinical Support for a strong customer experience.
• You will provide valuable feedback from the market and actively contribute to the further development of our solutions.
