About The Position

S&K Building Services is looking for driven, competitive, relationship-builders to fuel growth as an Account Manager. This role involves taking ownership of a territory, developing sales strategies, and expanding the company's national footprint. The Account Manager will be responsible for opening doors, creating opportunities, and contributing to the future of S&K.

Requirements

3–5 years of sales experience in the field services industry
A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
Experience with CRMs (Smart Service a plus)
Strong pipeline management and sales strategy skills
Tech-savvy mindset and data-driven approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivation, discipline, and competitive drive
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory
Residence in-or willingness to relocate to-Lansing, Detroit, or Grand Rapids

Responsibilities

Generate and close new business through door-to-door outreach, cold calls, presentations, and networking
Build creative, "out-of-the-box" sales strategies and measure their effectiveness
Qualify leads, manage the pipeline, and close deals
Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding client goals and needs
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
Research accounts, follow up on leads, and keep opportunities moving
Attend sales meetings, events, and trainings
Track performance and provide insights using sales and financial data
Grow and maintain a strong client base within the assigned territory
