Requirements
- Account management or customer service experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working with CRM and internal systems
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts
- Coordinate container deliveries and pickups
- Process orders, payments, and billing inquiries
- Maintain CRM data and sales reporting
- Partner with dispatch and operations teams
