The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the business by securing and managing the clients overall annual marketing plan, coordinating marketing efforts with clients internal stakeholders, maintaining a database for all products and services, inputting client orders with accuracy and timeliness, acting as a project manager to ensure execution at store level, providing local customer service for the client, and providing reporting to include monthly reviews & meeting summaries for action. The role also involves preparing various reports to include projections, store and client visit recaps and monthly order updates. Additionally, the Account Manager will grow client relationships by representing the suite of services to retail clients, communicating and building key relationships with clients, coordinating regular meetings with clients to include all stakeholders, coordinating store rides with clients and relaying learnings to ensure alignment, and growing the business while advancing the client business plan.
