About The Position

HULK is an oilfield services company specializing in advanced cable protection systems for the production sector, including ESP cross-coupling systems and downhole tools. As an Account Manager, you will be the bridge between HULK and its expanding network of customers in North & Central Texas. This role requires a strategic thinker, relationship builder, and sales closer. The ideal candidate will identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid them in their success using HULK products, developing appropriate communication with clients and internal team members to understand and mitigate any issues customers may face. Applicants must reside in Houston, TX, or the surrounding area.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years in operations/sales or 3 years in oil & gas production experience
  • You have a knack for turning leads into opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • You excel at building strong, lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Your influence and persuasion skills are top-notch, allowing you to present and close deals effectively.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with a diverse audience.
  • Integrity and confidentiality are paramount to you.
  • You can seamlessly work independently and collaboratively.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and can solve problems logically and analytically.
  • You prioritize effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Be prepared to travel 25-50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop alliances with potential and existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
  • Become a trusted advisor by building and maintaining strong relationships with all levels within your client organizations.
  • Develop a data-driven approach to achieve your assigned sales quotas and contribute to HULK's overall growth.
  • Sharpen your eagle eyes to identify new sales opportunities across our product lines and transform leads into loyal customers.
  • Uncover your customers' challenges and propose effective solutions from OTS's innovative product portfolio.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (supply chain, engineering, finance) to deliver exceptional solutions for our clients.
  • Travel to customer locations to foster strong connections and close deals.
