The Account Manager will support the specialist insurance team (ASD) primarily focusing on handling the day-to-day servicing of accounts as well as account retention/renewals. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency of information being processed across the Automotive Aftermarket insurance lines. This is a hybrid opportunity, with 3 days onsite/week from the Conshohocken, PA Home Office.

Requirements

Prior Account Manager experience
2-4 years Property and Casualty experience
Property and Casualty License
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Excellent product knowledge and expertise
Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Market and placement of renewal business.
Perform risk analysis & preparation of applications for renewal business control standards and procedures.
Develop and maintain carrier/underwriter relationships.
Maintain current market and product knowledge.
Review and present to clients their preparation of quotes for coverages, exclusions and subjectivities.
Maintain accounts by evaluating risk and providing coverage analysis.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsible for daily service and processing in accordance with company quality.
