About The Position

MWDN is seeking an Account Manager to work with a globally distributed startup in the AdTech/Marketing Technology domain. This role will focus on strengthening client communication and improving customer experience for a product that optimizes digital performance and reduces costs. The selected candidate will work directly with the client’s team in an international environment, acting as a recruitment partner for MWDN. Requirements

  • Fluent / near-native English (critical requirement)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Account Management / Customer Success / Client-facing roles
  • Ability to understand product basics and translate them into client-friendly language
  • Comfortable working in a distributed, remote environment
  • Flexible schedule with availability for client calls (including US clients)

  • Experience working with US clients
  • Background in SaaS / tech environment
  • Previous experience in startup environment
  • Ability to balance structured communication with adaptability

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct regular calls and check-ins with clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical team
  • Understand the product well enough to explain it clearly (no deep technical expertise required)
  • Support onboarding and ongoing client success
