About The Position

As an Expansion Sales Executive at Zone & Co., you will set the bar for operational excellence within our Revenue organization by executing strategies to expand accounts effectively. You will play a critical role in driving revenue by fostering relationships and expanding the footprint of the account through cross selling our expansive suite of solutions. Responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service and the Company core values, culture, policy and procedures at all times. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who is passionate about technology and eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant focus or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of proven account management (and/or sales) experience.
  • Outbound / new business experience preferred
  • Adaptable and can thrive in a fast paced environment Well versed in traditional methods of proactive account selling
  • Creative Problem Solver & Strategic thinker
  • Teamwork and Collaboration with cross functional partners
  • Strong business acumen & conflict resolution
  • High technical aptitude and clear communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate multi-threaded relationships within your Book of Business to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Drive spend by owning expansions and overall growth
  • Proactively pursue business development opportunities with existing clients to meet expansion goals.
  • Review client portfolios and needs to effectively communicate applicable upgrades to existing products as well as upcoming product releases.
  • Responsible for all commercial needs and commercial escalations of your accounts
  • Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet quarterly objectives.
  • Execute QBRs with key stakeholders within your accounts
  • Partner with Client Support, Customer Success and other internal teams to identify and mitigate risk.
  • Forecasting sales pipeline to leadership
  • White spacing and proactive outreach into customer base using a multi channel approach
  • Hunt for and engage new opportunities through dynamic prospecting and compelling sales proposals
