About The Position
Liveo Research is a global manufacturer of rigid pharmaceutical packaging solutions serving customers around the world. We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage key customer relationships, grow existing business, and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Account Management or Sales experience in manufacturing
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to travel as needed
Nice To Haves
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare packaging experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
- Achieve sales and revenue goals
- Develop long-term customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with Operations, Technical Services, Quality, and Customer Service to deliver exceptional customer support
- Develop account strategies and sales forecasts
