We are seeking a strategic Account Manager to join our team in the fast-paced trade show industry. In this role, you will work in partnership with the Senior Account Manager to lead client projects from beginning to end with a sense of urgency and excellence that fuels on-going and future business opportunities.

Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently, anticipate obstacles, and act with a sense of urgency.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other internal software/systems.
Comprehensive understanding of client trade show and event strategy
Travel to client tradeshow/events required with ability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day business objectives and manage on-going projects for current clients in a highly collaborative environment.
Meet with clients frequently, serving as a primary contact and problem-solver between clients and all internal departments and vendor partners.
Assist in the presentation of creative design and budget proposals.
Manage multiple projects, schedule changes and impending deadlines.
Monitor and track client project costs against estimates, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments as well as outside vendors. This includes addressing issues or delays in a project as well as communicating client feedback.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of communication.
Maintain working knowledge of client inventory, graphics, booth assets, and event strategy, continuously developing expertise to support effective day-to-day execution
Develop and maintain working knowledge of clients' exhibit assets as well as their yearly trade show and event schedules.
Prepare and complete 'show service' orders for client events. This includes interacting with third party vendors as necessary to meet client needs and objectives as well as soliciting and reviewing bids for various services.
Negotiate contracts, invoices, secure payment terms and resolve billing disputes.
Collaborate with the Warehouse team to manage and document client product inventory for shows and events as needed.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and identify additional business opportunities with existing clients when appropriate.
