Definitive Healthcare (NASDAQ: DH) is seeking an Account Manager to grow sales within existing small/medium sized client accounts. This role involves collaborating with sales specialists to identify growth opportunities across therapeutic areas, building relationships with potential buyers and influencers, and taking a consultative approach to identify client issues that DHC can solve. The Account Manager will initiate conversations about new opportunities, partner with DHC Sales Specialists to develop and close opportunities, and work with the Customer Experience organization to optimize usage and value of DHC services. Key responsibilities include leading critical renewals conversations, meeting and exceeding renewal and expansion quotas, and accurately forecasting opportunities while utilizing CRM to manage the portfolio.
