The Vermeer division in Eugene is a crucial part of a network stretching from California to Minnesota, serving customers like arborists, landscaping companies, contractors, forestry companies, and municipalities.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience and training.
  • Understanding of local market conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Tech savvy: comfortable with technology and using computer tools efficiently.
  • Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and maintaining consistent communication.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving business growth within the assigned territory.
  • Stay informed about products and trends by continuously learning about products and technologies, and staying up-to-date with market trends to educate customers and provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and organization to handle multiple accounts efficiently and manage time and tasks to meet customer needs.
