Account Manager, New Jersey Programs

InSite HealthMarlton, NJ
$75,000 - $80,000Hybrid

About The Position

InSite Health is a leading behavioral health organization partnering with several hundred schools to deliver best-in-class mental health programs for students. We are equally committed to supporting the employees who make this work possible by fostering a culture of care, collaboration, and shared purpose. We leverage proprietary technology and a collaborative care model to help districts identify, support, and manage student needs more effectively by integrating clinical services, data-driven insights, and streamlined workflows. This approach helps reduce symptoms in students, improve outcomes, decrease risk, and allow schools to operate more efficiently across their behavioral health programs. We are looking for a highly dynamic, driven, and relationship-oriented Account Manager, New Jersey Programs to help drive the success and adoption of our programs across New Jersey. This is not a traditional desk-based account management role. More than 50% of the position will be spent in the field—visiting schools, attending community events, participating in conferences, hosting information tables, meeting with district stakeholders, and presenting our programs to groups throughout the state. The Account Manager will own engagement across an assigned portfolio of New Jersey programs. Their job is to ensure that our contracts do not simply launch—they are actively used, understood, and embraced by the communities they are designed to serve. The ideal candidate is highly energetic, comfortable walking into a school or community event and building relationships from scratch, and motivated by measurable results.
