About The Position

This position involves using risk experience to perform critical client functions such as evaluating risks, reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials, developing solutions, articulating the impact of options, leveraging analytics, and making recommendations across product lines. The role partners with more senior Account Managers to retain and generate new business by utilizing strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes. It aims to meet sales goals and expand the book of business. The Account Manager is responsible for strengthening and maintaining relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth. They serve as a primary client contact, responding to client needs and questions to enhance the client experience. The role also requires cultivating a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and ensuring compliance with all professional and transparency standards.
