About The Position

Momo Medical GmbH is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up company tackling one of society's biggest challenges: the future of elderly care. As a highly consultative and empathetic Account Manager, you will be the face of Momo Medical for care facilities in and around Nuremberg. You will work with your team to build our first local Care Team, with a planned start in February/March. This is a pioneering role where you will help shape the market in Nuremberg and its surroundings from the outset, significantly improving elderly care in Germany. You will thrive in a fast-growing scale-up environment focused on personal growth and team spirit, working alongside enthusiastic and talented colleagues towards a common goal.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in elderly care and a desire to understand the dynamics within care facilities.
  • Consultative, patient, and empathetic approach, with attentive listening skills towards care staff and facility management.
  • Enthusiasm for a pioneering role with significant creative freedom in developing the Nuremberg region.
  • Experience in relationship management, consulting, or sales (e.g., from care, healthcare sector, consulting, or SaaS/scale-up). Practical experience and a good sense for people are more important than a rigid minimum number of sales years.
  • Clear, appreciative, and tactful communication skills at all levels, from care staff to project managers to managing directors.
  • Very good German language skills and fluent English for communication with international colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel for onboarding in NRW and Delft.

  • First insights or experiences in elderly care are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively and empathetically approach care organizations and connect with management teams.
  • Actively listen to identify central challenges in elderly care.
  • Initiate and manage free three-month trial periods.
  • Successfully implement pilot projects and ensure the satisfaction of on-site care staff.
  • Act as a central point of contact, involve all relevant decision-makers, and further develop existing relationships to sustainably establish our solution in multiple care facilities.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback, view mistakes as learning opportunities, and proactively work on personal development.
