Requirements

  • 3+ years of individual, quota-carrying selling experience in Tech, Software, or IT
  • Experience in account planning and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience negotiating and closing multi-year service contracts
  • A powerful work ethic with energy, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Superior communication skills and proficiency crafting compelling narratives using MS Office tools
  • A. or B.S. degree

Responsibilities

  • Grow sales within existing small/medium sized client accounts, collaborate with sales specialists to identify growth opportunities across therapeutic areas
  • Go “high and wide” in accounts to build relationships with potential buyers and influencers; take a consultative approach to identify client issues that DHC can solve
  • Initiate conversations about new opportunities and partner with DHC Sales Specialists to develop and close opportunities
  • Work with the Customer Experience organization to optimize usage and value of DHC services
  • Lead critical renewals conversations
  • Meet and exceed renewal and expansion quotas
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and utilize CRM to manage your portfolio
