About The Position
Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for providing prompt and professional service to members contacting the Virtual Banking Center. The Account Manager will handle member inquiries via phone, chat, or video call, facilitate transactions, and serve as a resource for information on the credit union's products and services. The position offers a work schedule free from nights and Sundays, with premium pay for Saturdays. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $18.01/hour.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One to three years of previous or similar experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Accurate and efficient typing skills.
- Ability to work basic computer functions and applications.
- Professional phone etiquette skills
Responsibilities
- Promptly resolving members' questions or concerns with professional solutions.
- Effectively communicate with credit union members and personnel.
- Performs basic assigned Information center functions associated with position.
- Accurately perform duties with established policies and procedures.
- Responsible for other related duties as required or assigned.
