About The Position

Account Managers are key business partners to our customers. This role aligns closely with customers to understand and support their supply chain and logistics needs, adding value as a trusted logistics advisor. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders while identifying opportunities to grow and expand services. You’ll be empowered to increase efficiency, add value, and maximize profitability across each account’s supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations
  • Identify opportunities to further penetrate accounts by expanding and enhancing Keller’s service offerings
  • Design logistics solutions and help customers solve complex supply chain challenges
  • Oversee the successful completion of day-to-day account commitments
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute pricing strategies
  • Proactively identify issues, consult with customers, and implement effective solutions
  • Manage customer expectations through the creation and use of performance metrics
  • Collaborate on business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings
