Requirements

Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably within the luxury goods, design, or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of the contract and hospitality markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Experience with custom carpet and rug sales.
A strong network within the hospitality and contract design community.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the hospitality and contract sectors.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, production) to ensure client satisfaction.
