About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients in the pediatric/adolescent behavioral health sector. This role requires a deep understanding of behavioral health services, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communication).
  • At least 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within the behavioral health industry.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health services and the needs of clients in this sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the behavioral health sector, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that clients receive high-quality behavioral health services. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that clients are satisfied with our services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and secure new business opportunities. Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts. Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for service improvements.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of our services and products. Ensure that clients are fully aware of the benefits and capabilities of our offerings.
  • Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health sector.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
