Account Manager
About The Position
We are looking for an Account Manager to help us manage our growing Customer Base. The Account Manager maintains our existing client base of customers across the United States and identifies new opportunities for growth via upselling. This position will develop a deep understanding of our product and the value it brings to our customers. Every member of this team attends weekly 1:1 meetings with their Sales Director to discuss the renewal pipeline and forecasting. Requirements
- Maintain a clear focus on the customer, their future with the company, and how we can improve their workflows and business.
- Experience building and maintaining meaningful client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Including sales targets, calling activities, and renewals.
- Facilitating organic growth within your assigned customer base
- Running periodic sales campaigns jointly with Customer Success Engineers within your customer base for new products
- Ensure a high level of engagement with all assigned customers
- Maintaining renewal forecast and ensuring pipeline accuracy.
- Effective pipeline management utilizing Salesforce to enhance win rates and improve forecasting.
- Preparing and communicating the value proposition, pricing, proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Entering, updating, and maintaining information on renewals and opportunities in Salesforce.
