About The Position

This role provides comprehensive support across business operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement, accounting, and legal. The Account Manager will create and manage quotations for new and renewal contracts, draft contracts and PUMIs in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards, and prepare PUMIs for server and disk upgrades, decommissions, and intra company contracts. The position serves as the primary point of contact for client communications and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering both regular and ad hoc reports tailored to client needs, managing the full contract lifecycle, and monitoring and updating quotes and billing information related to SCP resources usage via the Samsung Cloud Platform. The Account Manager will also register and maintain customer-side contract and quote information on internal platforms such as RMS and BQMS, and perform additional responsibilities as required to support overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a minimum of 4 years of experience in related field/s.
  • Proficient in ICT systems, cloud platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English, Korean.

Responsibilities
