About The Position

As an Account Manager at Natuals2Go Plus, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing high-quality service and support for our vending machines. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining inventory levels, and resolving issues promptly and effectively. This role is currently part-time (less than 29 hours weekly), with the potential to transition to full-time status based on business growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50Lbs) and perform physical tasks associated with stocking vending machines.

Responsibilities

  • Service vending machines at customer locations by restocking products, ensuring cleanliness, and performing routine maintenance as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage inventory levels and replenish stock as necessary to meet customer demand and ensure product availability.
  • Track and record inventory usage, sales, and spoilage accurately using company systems or software.
  • Perform regular audits of vending machines to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Remove and dispose of spoiled or expired products according to company procedures and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate machine installations, relocations, and removals as needed.
  • Provide training and support to customers on how to use vending machines and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper lifting techniques.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as recording transactions, preparing reports, and submitting paperwork accurately and on time.
