About The Position

PJP Marketplace is hiring an Account Manager to drive new business and grow existing foodservice and B2B accounts. This is a high-energy, hunter-style sales role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • B2B or foodservice sales experience with proven results
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and closing skills
  • Ability to manage a pipeline independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency with CRM and basic reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new foodservice and B2B accounts
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through upselling and relationship management
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and proposals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide pipeline updates
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure service execution
  • Support pricing, contract accuracy, and account retention efforts
