About The Position

American Lumper Services is a nationwide labor management company specializing in warehouse environments and efficiency optimization. We are looking for an Account Manager to support our growing hourly operation team. This role offers significant freedom, with a schedule based on business needs rather than a strict time clock. We need someone adaptable to change, proactive in problem-solving, results-oriented, self-driven, self-motivated, and self-directed, while also capable of following direction and company policies. A positive, teachable attitude and strong attention to detail are essential. The ability to manage multiple needs simultaneously, prioritize, and manage time effectively, along with clear and frequent communication, is critical. Some travel is involved.
