About The Position

M&C Saatchi Performance is a global digital media agency, connecting brands to people. We deliver business growth for our clients through effective, measurable, and evolving digital media strategies. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing key client relationships, leading integrated digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of performance-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with both clients and internal teams. You will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, campaign success, and long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, digital marketing, media, or advertising.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, search, programmatic, and mobile advertising.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Lead client meetings, status updates, campaign reviews, and performance discussions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and grow account value.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Media, Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Anticipate risks and resolve issues before they impact campaign delivery.
  • Develop strategic recommendations informed by campaign data, market insights, and business objectives.
  • Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry developments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success.
  • Support the development and mentorship of junior team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented working environment.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support account forecasting, budgeting, and revenue tracking.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client requests, project scopes, and campaign plans.
  • Maintain strong operational discipline across all account activities.
  • Contribute to account retention and business growth initiatives.
