The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships within existing accounts throughout Oklahoma and Kansas. This role focuses on delivering valve, automation, instrumentation, and field service solutions to customers in the oil & gas, refining, power generation, utility, and industrial markets. The ideal candidate has experience selling industrial products or services and understands the maintenance, reliability, and operational challenges faced by industrial facilities. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers. This is a highly customer-facing, field-based sales position. The Account Manager will spend the majority of their time visiting customer sites, developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting customers throughout Oklahoma and Kansas. Candidates should expect to be on the road meeting with customers daily, with overnight travel required approximately 50% of the time. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Account Manager will work closely with operations, service, and technical teams to provide solutions that improve customer reliability, safety, and operational performance.
