Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales, ideally in home services, trades, facilities, construction, or related
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person relationship building, and sales cycles
  • Strong communication and follow-up discipline
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
  • US Work authorization required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to property management/facilities and running vendor onboarding
  • Familiarity with commercial pricing models (T&M, not-to-exceed, service agreements)
  • Experience with CRM and reporting (HubSpot/Salesforce/ServiceTitan Sales tools, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial accounts
  • Qualify opportunities: portfolio size, service needs, approval process, after-hours requirements, and vendor rules
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding
  • Partner with operations to ensure clean handoffs, accurate scopes, and excellent customer experience
  • Grow share of wallet in existing accounts
  • Track activities and opportunities in CRM; provide regular pipeline reporting
