About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and managing the sales funnel and sales team’s efforts as the customer’s advocate in the organization and will develop, coordinate and maintain client needs, relationship and accounts.

Requirements

  • Proficient with software tools including Epicor, ZOHO and Microsoft Office.
  • Manages time effectively, meets personal goals and works effectively with other members of the sales team.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Present a professional image to the customers and vendors over the phone.
  • Telephones and Computer knowledge.
  • Very organized and detailed oriented.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player, self-motivated, positive disposition, and problem-solver.
  • College Graduate
  • Skilled with ERP CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Type 40+ WPM Data Entry 10KPH.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager, Sales Executives and the Sales Representatives in a coordinated sales strategy to win new business.
  • Serve as the customer advocate who is the owner and manager of the customer relationship.
  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information to customers in a timely manner.
  • Provide leadership to the sales team and work with the Manager- inside Sales to develop best practices.
  • Manage sales pipelines in ZOHO to include accurate updating of opportunity status updates and activities.
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
  • Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
  • Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.
  • Accurately process customer transactions including orders and quotes.
  • Properly record customer expectations related to shipment dates and expected date of delivery.
  • Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability by identifying trends in customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to increase product related sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Setup and maintain customer data in ZOHO CRM.
  • Completion of other tasks as assigned by the manager.
  • Reducing workplace incidents and injuries.
  • Promoting safe practices and identifying unsafe conditions and acts.
  • Engaging your teams and collaborating with others to make safety a shared responsibility.
  • Recognizing the value of safety throughout the organization.
  • Implementing structure to ensure the employees are able to achieve and maintain high standards of safety performance.
  • Intervene when unsafe acts of situation are observed in any department at EM.
  • Submitting documentation regarding near miss or accident reports to appropriate parties.
