The Velocity Account Manager owns a high-volume book of SMB RIA accounts and is fully accountable for GRR, NRR, and expansion across that book. This is a quota-carrying role where commercial instinct is the differentiator: you know how to work a large book efficiently, stay ahead of risk, and find expansion. You will operate in a fast-moving, signal-rich environment. The expectation is that you use every tool available to cover more ground without sacrificing quality. The right person for this role gets energized by commercial targets and builds systems that make them more effective over time.
