About The Position

CenterLine (Windsor) Limited is seeking an experienced Turnkey and Custom Automation Account Manager to oversee strategic customer relationships and identify opportunities for new and expanded business. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional dedicated to customer success and company growth. You will work closely with customers and internal team members to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional customer support. This position reports to the Custom Machinery Sales Manager. Requirements

  • Degree/diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Sales experience in welding and robotic automation required.
  • Proficient in the operation and analysis of custom welding machinery processes, including detailed cycle time evaluation and optimization.
  • Automotive sub-assembly expertise including component integration and adherence to OEM specifications and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary customer contact for turnkey and custom automation equipment.
  • Manage customer accounts from quotation to on-going development.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating Department to deliver custom machinery proposals.
  • Lead technical presentations and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Negotiate and secure new business opportunities.
  • Track proposals, assess status, and evaluate win probability.
  • Support project launch and resolve commercial issues.
  • Responsible for day-to-day input and maintenance of CRM system.
  • Available for travel to customer sites when required within Canada, USA & Mexico.
