Requirements

  • Successful sales experience or a track record of meeting goals preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Coachable with a strong desire to grow
  • Enthusiastic about helping people protect what matters most
  • Property & Casualty license required or must be able to obtain
  • Life & Health license required or must be able to obtain
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be able to work in office — this is not a remote position

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads and generate new business opportunities
  • Schedule appointments with prospective customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent follow-up
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and a high level of daily activity
  • Provide timely and thorough activity updates to the agent
  • Commit to personal growth, training, and continuous improvement
