You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Our office is located in Austin, TX. I am a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, BBA Marketing. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, and Million Dollar Round Table State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.

Requirements

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
