The Starlink Enterprise Account Management team serves as the point of contact for Starlink’s growing base of enterprise customers from contract signature, through successful activation, ensuring all contract terms are fulfilled. Our ideal candidate is ambitious, highly motivated to connect the unconnected, and thrives in navigating complex, ambiguous challenges. You are passionate about leveraging technology for worldwide equity and possess strong leadership skills to inspire teams toward meaningful, scalable outcomes. In this role, you will concentrate on social impact projects, building a strategy to make them financially sustainable, and implementing the ongoing path to customer success. Focus areas will include bridging digital divides in underserved communities, enabling education and healthcare in remote areas, and fostering economic inclusion—alongside initiatives with high human potential or strategic value to humanity.
