The position is based in our New York City office with an expectation of three days per week in the office. Client meetings may also take place in person, with travel primarily within New York City and the Tri-State area.

Requirements

  • B2B Sales or Account Management Experience: Ideally 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer growth or another commercial role.
  • Experience Managing Multiple Accounts: Comfortable working across a larger portfolio of customers and managing multiple renewals, opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Track Record of Success: A demonstrable history of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience working with subscription-based products or services is beneficial.
  • Commercial Mindset: Motivated by revenue targets and confident having conversations around renewals, pricing, value and growth.
  • Strong Organization & Prioritization: Able to determine where to focus your time, maintain momentum across a busy portfolio and consistently follow through on commitments.
  • Relationship Building: Confident building relationships with clients and engaging the right stakeholders to support retention and growth.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to lead client meetings, product demonstrations and commercial conversations clearly and confidently across phone, video and in-person meetings.
  • Negotiation Skills: Comfortable handling objections, negotiating agreements and moving commercial conversations toward a close.
  • CRM Experience: Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage opportunities, activity and pipeline. Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Results-Oriented: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment where performance is measured against both revenue and activity goals.
  • Curiosity & Willingness to Learn: An interest in WGSN’s industries and a desire to understand how different clients use our products to support their businesses.
