At Patch My PC, weâre always thinking ahead to the future of our Customer Success team. While we may not have an immediate opening, we want to share the kind of role and impact we envision for future Account Managers who will support and grow our customer relationships. Weâre seeking an experienced and highly self-directed Account Manager to lead our customer and partner engagement strategy across the globe. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to manage a robust portfolio of 700+ existing customers and a large pipeline of active leads across SMB/Mid-Market market segments. Youâll be accountable for both revenue growth and retention, working closely with a regionally aligned Customer Engineer and reporting to a Europe-based leader. Your ability to influence stakeholders, orchestrate complex deals, and drive customer outcomes will be critical to success. While this is a remote role, occasional travel may be required to attend industry conferences, customer events and internal team gatherings.
