About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting our Service Operations organization in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures and ensuring that project deadlines are met on time. The Account Manager, Services will assist with processes, procedures, management, sales support, accounting, and documentation needed for CPG's Connected Services program.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in a related field
  • Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • US Citizenship required
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Data Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Work closely with Service line Manager and schedulers to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Work with Services team and customer to submit, trac, and maintain time sheets, and SVA’s.
  • Ensure timesheets match NetSuite time submission before submitting for SVA’s.
  • Work with Sales and Accounting teams to ensure billing matches SVA submissions.
  • Work with OEM on training availability for services team.
  • Knowledge of full product life cycle, customer needs, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Responsible for customer communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on customer deliverables.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • On-site management as necessary, including but not limited to QA/QC checks on projects, deliverable inventory management, and safety protocol validation.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
