Fueling Your Passion As an Account Manager – Sales, you will manage key customer accounts within a defined region or business segment. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining relationships, and supporting commercial strategies while collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in sales
  • A minimum of 3 additional years of experience in account sales or related field
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead small initiatives or teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing assigned customer accounts within a defined territory or business group
  • Selling standardized products and services, providing guidance to customers based on predefined offerings
  • Supporting pricing and commercial discussions within established contract frameworks, with some flexibility to adjust terms
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse customer base
  • Collaborating with technical and sales support teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Driving revenue growth and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies
  • Managing small to medium-sized opportunities and orders
  • Coordinating multiple customer engagements and sales activities simultaneously
  • Identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
  • Leading or contributing to initiatives that improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
