This position is a member of the Nufactor® Specialty Pharmacy Team. The role of the Account Manager is to generate quality revenue in the form of qualified new patient starts. The Account Manager will promote and sell Nufactor Specialty Pharmacy service offerings to referring entities, primarily in the physician office setting, to generate patient referrals for Nufactor product offerings, primarily immune globulin and infliximab therapies. The role involves conducting sales presentations and meetings in physician offices, developing and implementing territory strategies, and acting as a liaison between healthcare providers and Nufactor to improve patient safety and quality of care. The position requires maintaining an up-to-date territory workbook, managing internal and external communications, enhancing existing business relationships, and identifying new business opportunities for Nufactor® or FFF Enterprises, Inc. The Account Manager will also attend industry events and tradeshows, collaborate with FFF Representatives, and gather industry intelligence. Continuous improvement of processes and service quality is expected, along with strict adherence to company policies, federal, and state regulations. The role demands professionalism, dedication to responsibilities and goals, and a commitment to the company's purpose and values. It also requires a proactive approach to learning, sharing knowledge, and working effectively with others, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
