Highland Roofing Company is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a driven, customer-focused professional to join our Raleigh/Garner office as a Commercial Roofing Sales/Account Manager. About the Role: This role focuses on driving sales in commercial roofing repairs, maintenance, and reroof projects within a two-hour radius of Raleigh. If you're experienced in commercial roofing sales - or you've got solid roofing experience and are ready to transition into a sales/account management role - we want to hear from you! We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and is passionate about building relationships and delivering top-notch solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial roofing sales is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new reroof and repair opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals
  • Inspect commercial roofs for leaks and maintenance
  • Communicate the value of Highland's services to prospective clients
  • Build lasting client relationships, provide expert roofing guidance, and tailor solutions to fit their needs
  • Partner with our service team to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed to customer satisfaction
  • Perform leak inspections and deliver timely, accurate repair proposals
  • Collaborate with estimating and production teams to present roof replacement options to clients
