About The Position

This role involves supporting a dedicated set of accounts, engaging customers in discovery, collaborating with presales to define specifications, understanding pricing, and providing quotes. The candidate will also support executive sellers by administering sales functions such as creating quotes, updating CRM, processing orders, and assisting customers with product information. Additionally, the role includes gathering market intelligence, developing lead generation programs, supporting business development by researching potential customers, and assisting with marketing activities like booking tradeshows and managing campaigns. Teamwork with internal departments and providing pipeline reports to senior management are also key responsibilities. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Support a certain amount of accounts direct and engage customer in discovery, work with presales to define spec, understanding pricing and leads from vendors and provide quotes to their customers accordingly.
  • Support executive sellers by helping administrate sales related functions - creating quotes (Excel), updating the CRM (Salesforce), processing orders, and assisting customers with product collateral, order status, and other information.
  • Gather market intelligence, develop lead generation programs (web, tradeshows, promotions, other) and assist in high-level lead qualification.
  • Support Sales team in prospecting / researching potential customers to identify key contacts within organizations.
  • Administratively help in booking tradeshows, managing tradeshow logistics, managing vendor market development funds, coordinating marketing campaigns and outbound emails, and ensuring the sales team has the latest product information, price books, promotional material, spec sheets and other product material.
  • Support sales team with internal coordination of sales related deliverables with the Project Management Organization, Supply Chain Organization and Finance team.
  • Provide pipeline update reports to senior management.
