About The Position

We are looking for a relationship-driven, commercially minded Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of B2B vendor clients. This is not a passive maintenance role—it is a revenue-generating, consultative position at the intersection of SaaS, Digital Marketing Strategy, and Client Success. You will act as a strategic advisor to marketing leaders, helping them maximize their ROI through our lead generation programs, sponsorship inventory, and PPC advertising platforms.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Top-tier business school background preferred).
  • Experience: 1–5 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales—ideally within SaaS, Media, or HR Tech.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable discussing marketing metrics and ROI. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs is a significant plus.
  • Commercial Grit: A proven track record of hitting revenue targets, managing renewals, and executing expansion strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical or data-driven issues for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of B2B vendors, managing the relationship from onboarding through renewal.
  • Revenue Expansion: Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will be responsible for driving expansion revenue by identifying unsold inventory and optimizing client bidding strategies.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CVR) and translate complex data into actionable recommendations during strategy calls with client executives.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal editorial and operations teams to launch high-impact marketing campaigns and ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Market Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally to help refine our product offerings and mission.
