About The Position

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Account Manager to optimize and grow partner relationships in the insurance lead generation industry. This role requires strong analytical skills, KPI-driven performance tracking, and revenue optimization expertise.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in account management, performance marketing, or lead generation.
  • Proven experience meeting KPIs in a lead-driven environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills: Excel, Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), or SQL.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) for performance tracking.
  • Self-motivated, able to manage multiple accounts and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for client presentations and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring robust monthly and yearly revenue growth.
  • Track and optimize key KPIs, including: Lead to Sales conversion rate, Policy sales CPA, Lead volume and spend growth.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews and present data-driven insights.
  • Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell strategies, driving consistent YoY partner spend increase.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team to enhance lead distribution and lead performance.
