Requirements

  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy guidelines.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
  • Must have the ability to regularly lift, push and pull up to 55 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach.
  • Proficiency in using company software and other sales tools to manage accounts, track progress, and generate reports.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Valid driver’s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment encompassing both office-based tasks and frequent local travel to distribution and retail centers. This role may entail extended periods of standing, sitting, as well as the physical handling of job-related supplies.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a back-up for the primary Account Manager.
  • Collaborates with established distributors, retailers, and internal teams to sell and order products into existing accounts within assigned sales routes.
  • Educates and excites customers about our leading portfolio of beverages.
  • Analyzes customer needs and business trends to help grow both their profitability and our own business.
  • Ensures brands and packages sold align with an account’s consumer demographics.
  • Sells incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs.
  • Maintains appropriate inventory levels, company assets, promotional ad signage, and displays.
  • Ensures each account meets defined merchandising standards, determines stores’ product needs and transmits appropriate replenishment orders.
  • Communicates and collaborates account activities to appropriate business partners.
  • Utilizes sales force automation tools.
  • Works with customers to promptly address and resolve any concerns or discrepancies pertaining to their orders.
