Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Account Manager-Private Brand Commercialization at our facility in Bentonville, AR. We are seeking a Sales/Commercialization Manager to join our corporate sales team and support the Walmart sales team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Walmart Private Brands team and with the internal Marketing team to manage the Great Value item catalog. The ideal candidate is very organized, capable of managing multiple projects, and proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and storytelling with data abilities. The skill to translate data insights into a clear, compelling narrative for stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively across RCP. Demonstrates collaboration skills and a proactive approach to support cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Walmart Brands team for an assigned product category, with weekly and ad hoc meetings to manage special projects and requests from the Walmart team.
  • Lead commercialization of new Great Value items, including packaging artwork, project timelines, first production samples, and set up new items in the ProSpec and e-Halo systems.
  • Work with RCP Visual Branding and BUs on delivering all artwork assets.
  • Coordinate with RCP Marketing on future innovation opportunities for the Great Value segment and schedule innovation discovery meetings to present these opportunities to the Walmart Brands team.
  • Monitor the quality metrics and regulatory requirements for the assigned category. This includes coordinating monthly quality meetings, informing Walmart of regulatory changes, and managing projects to address regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with the Walmart Brands team.
  • Manage special projects, such as setting up plant tours, competitive price and specification checks, etc.
  • Weekly reporting of sales trends, store in-stocks, and any other metrics requested by the Walmart Brands team.
