About The Position

160over90 is seeking an Account Manager to join their Creator and Social team. This role will focus on shaping influencer and social strategies and leading the execution of integrated programs for major brands. The team operates at the intersection of culture, creativity, and data, partnering with creators and brands to build authentic connections across platforms. They utilize strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and creative storytelling to achieve real results in influencer and social marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred.
  • 5+ years of agency or in-house experience in a digital or social role, with a strong focus on influencer marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic, creative influencer programs that deliver against client objectives.
  • Deep knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, including platforms, tools, creator relationships, and best practices.
  • Expertise across social platforms, with proficiency in media, measurement, and publishing tools.
  • Skilled at synthesizing data and presenting reports that inform strategic recommendations.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows from concept through execution.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members, including prioritizing and overseeing project work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of influencer and social marketing.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once.
  • A strong communicator who builds relationships easily—with clients, creators, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating performance into insights.
  • Curious, proactive, and tuned into internet culture and emerging trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end influencer and social campaigns, from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality, detail-oriented delivery.
  • Bring programs to life across every stage—strategy, creative development, creator sourcing, negotiations, contracting, briefing, content approvals, and performance measurement.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with creators, ambassadors, agents, and platform partners to unlock meaningful collaborations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with legal, finance, and internal teams to manage contracts, scopes of work, budgets, and timelines.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reporting that not only tracks performance but provides actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage program budgets and financial processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day partner for clients, building relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and expertise.
  • Keep accounts running smoothly through strong organization, communication, and attention to detail along with people management.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation by staying ahead of trends and bringing fresh thinking to influencer and social strategies.
